helpful staff local drinks nightly entertainment amazing food
the staff were very helpful! the hotel provided locally sourced drinks, and the beer was cruzcampo. nightly entertainment was good with singers, quizzes, and karaoke. the food was amazing and plentiful.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

i found the all-inclusive deal quite convenient. the pool bar had good food and drinks. the staff displayed friendliness. the entertainment offered a nice touch each evening. being able to use the all-inclusive benefits until i left on my final day was like a real bonus.

the rooms are spacious and clean. the bar and entertainment area were really nice. the staff are so nice, which i appreciated.
the pool is far too small, i couldn't really swim. the sun cream film on it was annoying.

The hotel staff was fantastic , particularly in the restaurant. The housekeeping service kept the hotel super clean. I found the all-inclusive drinks selection good , and there was an option to upgrade.
The bathroom towels seemed a bit old.

The reception area struck me as modern. Cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel, extending to the outdoor sunbathing areas. Our suite featured a lounge and separate bedroom (very useful for privacy). A fridge and kettle added convenience to the experience.
The Wi-Fi signal was sometimes weak, especially near the pool. This.

The food was amazing and plentiful. I liked the locally sourced drinks. The beer tasted very good (it was Cruzcampo😊). I enjoyed the entertainment every night. The singers, quizzes, and karaoke were good quality.
The restaurant felt far too hot. The pool was far too small for the number of guests. Swimming was impossible after 11am because of the kids.
